Ahhh! I am so excited to finally share this gorgeous Cape Cod wedding at Wychmere Beach Club!!! Janine and Chris are one of the sweetest couples I know, they are so kind, fun loving and super adorable! They are also fellow Boston Terrier lovers 🙂 Their Boston Lola was a big part of their wedding day being the beautiful flower girl puppy in her mint green tutu! Janine thought of every amazing detail for their Cape Cod beach wedding. Beach Plum Floral created an incredible entrance to the ceremony with old wooden doors and beautiful flowers, drift wood and lanterns. Janine’s Dad built the wedding arbor which was also adorned with more stunning peonies in shades of pinks and white. From sailboat guest seating cards, handmade driftwood and lace favors, soft candle light, beautiful lanterns, hand made paper flowers placed on stacks of old paperback novels, this was a very beautiful, very detailed dream wedding! What inspired you to have a Cape Cod wedding:We got engaged on the Cape. The beach makes us happy.

Why did you choose Wychmere for your wedding? What was your favorite thing about the Venue:We chose Wychmere because we loved that we could have a beach ceremony, have views of the ocean, and even continue the celebration with a beach bon fire after the reception.

What are some of your favorite memories of your wedding day:The surprise of our personal wedding vows, dancing throughout the night, the food, Beach bonfire!

Special touches and details:My dad built our wedding arbor. Beachplum Floral decorated the arbor and created a stunning entrance to the beach. We loved working with Gina and Deryk from Shining Light Films to document our day. Our amazing DJ Mike O’Neill from MCO Productions kept all of our guests dancing the entire night. We ended our reception with the most delicious sundaes from Sundae School. Amanda Hennessey from Wychmere was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process and ensured that the day went smoothly. It was a dream!

Wedding colors / bridesmaids dresses / flowers:Mint bridesmaid dresses. I called our wedding theme vintage Beach and incorporated mint, gold, and lace. Flowers were soft pink peonies.
